Body Canvas

 I am challenging the notion of a typical portrait by making something more interesting, using my subjects quite literally as a canvas. Using various colors, the models blend together and appear as one. The strokes of paint follow the arms, head, and hands revealing the new form created by multiple people. This combination creates new shapes in the images. These new shapes begin the mystery of who is who. Looking closer reveals the detail of the paint, as well as the person beneath.
